MEDITERRA CLUBHOUSE
The elegant Mediterra clubhouse is a 25,000-square-feet masterpiece. Affectionately referred to as “The Club”, it was designed by Diedrich-NBA of Atlanta to characterize the architecture of a Mediterranean villa. The extraordinary detail and picturesque surroundings provide a wonderful backdrop for both indoor and outdoor events from small personal gatherings to full-scale. The residents can enjoy the highest quality and exemplary performance. The Club at Mediterra is a gathering place to enjoy a refreshing libation, a peaceful lunch, a first class dining experience, or a day at the beach.
The ambience throughout the clubhouse embodies the spirit of a luxurious Mediterranean villa. From the tile roofs draped with bright red bougainvillea to the classical statuary and fountains, the Club at Mediterra is a wonderful picturesque venue for both indoor and outdoor events, from intimate gatherings to full-scale soirees. The club accommodates functions of all sizes and styles, serviced at the highest levels of performance, and extraordinary attention to detail.
MEDITERRA SPORTS CLUB VIDEO TOUR
The Sports Club at Mediterra has been designed to incorporate walkways between itself, the Piazza and the Club. The landscaping is beautiful, with perfectly manicured lawns and a pleasant walk with benches aligning the pathways toward the Piazza.
The Sports Club facilities include: Tennis Pro-Shop & Reception Area, Locker Rooms, Spa, State of the Art Fitness Center, & Community Rooms. Within the fitness facility, each cardiovascular machine has it’s own 15” LCD Personal Viewing Screen and there are also 2 wall mounted televisions within the fitness center. The cardiovascular equipment overlooks one of the many beautiful lakes within Mediterra. There is also a 1400 sq ft suspended hardwood floor allowing for more variety of group fitness classes. These classes include; aerobic, dance and spinning with the newly added indoor group bicycles. A state-of-the-art stereo system and a Pilates Reformer/Tower combination piece for private instruction also now on the menu this year.
Two multi-purpose rooms within The Sports Club host many social events such as card games, knitting, book clubs, seminars and lectures already on the calendar for the coming season. A pull-down projection screen with projector, kitchen area complete with coffee urns, refrigerator and dishwasher make the Bella Vita rooms multi-functional. There are also patio tables and chairs to enjoy the outdoors.
MEDITERRA BEACH CLUB
The exclusive Mediterra Beach Club with 200′ of shoreline on the Gulf of Mexico, features an elevated swimming pool, full-service restaurant, changing facilities and parking.
